Description
This class will focus on a variety of skills needed to perform weave poles. We will cover independent weave entries, driving through poles, as well as fitness needed for weaving.
Students do not need to have prior weave experience to take this class; this class is also good for people who want to go back and re-train their weave poles.
Dogs must have treat / toy drive to attend this class.
Specific skills covered in this class:
-Entries on weave poles
-Driving through 6 poles
-Proofing needed for independent weaves
-Understanding of how weaving works & the topic of footwork
-Fitness for weaves
Prerequisites
Dogs 5 months or older; dogs between 5-12 months will receive accommodations
Sport Dog Foundations 1 or instructor approval.
