Program and Client Services:

  • ARLO – Event registration and course management
  • Calendly – Scheduling for private lessons
  • Salesforce – Contact and client relationship management, including our Service Dog Program pipeline
  • Microsoft 365 – Forms, email (Outlook), file sharing (SharePoint)
  • DocuSign – Execution and secure delivery of service contracts
  • GravityForms – Website contact forms integrated with Salesforce for secure intake of inquiries

Payment Processing:

  • Stripe – Payment processing for ARLO and Calendly
  • Apple Pay – Payment option in ARLO
  • Google Pay – Payment option in ARLO
  • Klarna – Payment option in ARLO (e.g., installment plans)
  • Square – Used for invoicing and point-of-sale transactions

Communications and Engagement:

  • Constant Contact – Email newsletters and communications
  • SurveyMonkey – Feedback collection, primarily for course evaluations

Volunteer and Dog Program Management:

  • Galaxy Digital – Volunteer coordination, scheduling, and hours tracking
  • ShelterLuv – Foster and adoption records for Program Dogs

Fundraising:

  • GoFundMePro – Online donations and fundraising campaigns

How We Receive Information

We receive your Personal Information from the following sources:
