Training Methods We Use

Our trainers employ the latest, scientifically backed techniques in puppy training to ensure effective and humane learning. Here are the main methods:

Positive Reinforcement: This method rewards good behavior with treats, praise, or toys, encouraging puppies to repeat desired actions.
Clicker Training (and Verbal Markers): We use a clicker or verbal cues (like “Yes!”) to mark desired behaviors. This helps puppies quickly understand when they’ve done something right. Each correct action is followed by a reward, creating a clear and consistent learning process.
Lure-Based Training: Using treats, we lure the puppy into specific positions (like sit, stay, or lie down) to teach obedience.

Puppies must be 7 days past their first round of shots (including DHPP) and deworming. For puppies adopted from a shelter or large breeder, we also require them to be in your home for at least 14 days and show no signs of illness before attending class.

Yes, if you miss a session, you can attend a make-up session within 45 days of your course start date. You can make up two classes per 6-week session.
